Adult Fitness Ballet

Have you always dreamed of taking ballet classes but now feel like it is too late? Do you feel like you are too old to get into a leotard and ballet slippers? Although professional ballerinas start at an early age, it's never too late to learn ballet.

Fitness Ballet (aka Adult Ballet) is a specially tailored ballet class aimed at beginners over the age of 16. The class incorporates floor exercise for warming up, fundamental techniques progressing to more advanced ones together with a mixture of classical and contemporary music. By using the muscles properly during training, posture and flexibility will be improved and ultimately improving the fitness.  On top of all that, students will be taught a ballet variation (for example “four little swans” from the famous ballet “Swan Lake”) to give them a sense of a ballet performance.

Fitness Ballet gives an opportunity for everyone (not just for the trained dancers) to enjoy a great workout in a ballet-orientated class.
